We are grateful to every client that comes to us for assistance. Everyone should be given equal opportunities, in our opinion. In order to fill canceled meetings with clients who are prepared to commit and give them the time to do so, we have a cancellation policy in place.
Please be aware that after you make an appointment with us, we will set aside time in our schedule just for you. You will be charged a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of 30% if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours/1 day before it is due to take place.
Please give cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
